SentiSystems AS, a leading technology company in sensor fusion, is seeking a talented Chief Commercial Officer.

As Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s sales and marketing strategy. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

You will play a key role in positioning SentiSystems as experts in sensor fusion, and in building the company’s international market share in the rapidly growing industrial autonomous vehicle market.

Background

  • Demonstrated success in international B2B sales, from prospecting and initial contact through negotiation to seamless handover to the delivery department.
  • Possesses a solid technical understanding of electronics, sensors, and software, along with the ability to engage in preliminary discussions and clarifications with customers’ technical personnel.
  • Well-versed in the market landscape, including industry trends, and actively contributes to the company’s strategic development.
  • Strong Presentation and Communication Skills and adept at delivering compelling presentations and fostering effective communication.

 

Experience

  • Experience in a leadership and management role is considered advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurship Experience
  • Experience in bringing new products or services that revolutionise the market.
  • Skilled at analysing processes and sales data to continuously optimize the sales process over time.
  • Displays the ability to quickly adapt to evolving circumstances and international market dynamics.
  • Demonstrates effective collaboration skills and works harmoniously with colleagues.
  • Driven by a focus on achieving measurable results and targets.
  • Prioritizes delivering value to customers, fostering long-term relationships, and driving repeatable sales.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel as part of the role’s requirements.
  • High availability and accessibility to meet the employer’s needs are of utmost importance.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
